We Love Your Pets as Much as You Do
Pets are permitted only with an executed TAA Animal Addendum and the payment of a $200.00 pet deposit plus a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. There is a limit of two pets per apartment. There will be an additional $10.00 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Pitt Bull, Akitas, Chow Chows, Mastiffs, Siberian Huskies, Wolf hybrids, and/or any mixed breeds that include one or more of these restricted breeds. Exotic pets such as reptiles, birds and rodents, and poisonous pets such as tarantulas, insects and poisonous fish are not allowed. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of liability renter's insurance. Deposits, fees, and additional monthly rent requirements and weight, breed and species restrictions do not apply to approved assistance animals.
